Dialogue with FG to reform the Police Al-Usrah advised Nigerian Youths

Wednesday, 28th October, 2020 By Opara Nkem Nigerian youths have been advised to explore options of dialogue with the federal government in their agitation for reform of the police. This advice was made in Port Harcourt by a premium Port Harcourt based Islamic organization called Al-Usrah Incorporated through a press release made available to journalists on Tuesday 27th October, 2020. The president of the organization Prof. AbdulRazaq Kilani asked the federal government to improve on her communication and engagement strategy. He said the last three weeks have been very challenging to everyone both the leaders and the led. Governance is a contract between the citizens and the elected leaders. The poor conditions of service of all public officers including the police with a Constable earning paltry sum monthly while some politicians go home monthly with about N13million explains the injustice of our land. August 18, 2020 After meeting with President Muhammadu Buhari at the state house Abuja the immediate past National Chairman of the rulling All Propressive Congress Comrade Adams Oshiomhole while addressing press men he spoke on isssues raging from Election violence, incessant attack on him by Director General of Progressive Governors Forum Dr. Salihu Lukman and other matters.   President Muhammadu Buhari is currently in a meeting with immediate past National Chairman of All Progressive Congress at the State House Abuja. Comrade Adams Oshiomole was sighted in company of the Chief of Staff to the President Prof. Ibrahim Gambari. This is the the first time both leaders will meet after the NEC of APC which was presided over by President Buhari dissolved National Working Committee headed by Comrade Oshiomole.
